Born on August 13, 2008, in Laval, Quebec, Zachary Vézina has been imposing his strength and vision on the football field since the age of seven. His journey stands as a blueprint for perseverance, athletic discipline, and non-stop progression, driving him from youth football to the elite collegiate ranks.
The Turning Point: Shifting to Defensive Dominance
Zachary launched his career in 2015 with the Mirabel Guépards, initially anchoring the offensive line. By 2018, his potential exploded, capturing both a championship title and MVP honors. In 2022, a strategic position switch redefined his career: he moved to the defensive line. It was a revelation. His physical presence and high football IQ instantly became game-changing assets.
Leadership: The DNA of a Captain
Simultaneously, he joined the Deux-Montagnes High School Centurions. Year after year, his relentless work ethic and athletic development propelled him to the core of the team. In 2022, he was named defensive captain, and the Centurions captured ultimate victory: the prestigious D2 Cadet Bol d’Or.
The Elite Level: Ranked Among the Best
In 2024, Zachary stepped up to the highest level, joining the Collège Bourget Voltigeurs in Juvenile Division 1. He dominated the league, crowning his final high school season with award: Defensive Lineman of the Year.

Ambitions
Today, Zachary continues his rise with the Collège Lionel-Groulx Nordiques in Division 2, while pursuing his studies in Social Sciences (Political Profile). Driven by an iron will and a constant desire to face new challenges, Zachary Vézina keeps pushing his limits with a clear objective: establishing himself as a powerhouse at the university football level.
